MARK ANTHONY PENA - President
 
In 2002, Mark Anthony Pena founded the American Alliance Network. Mark Anthony’s vision was to create a corporation focused on the financial and real estate needs of his clients.
 
Twelve years ago, Mark Anthony embarked on his trek to make this vision a reality. In the beginning, it meant employment for various real estate companies. Over the years, immersion in the field of real estate was the prerequisite to advancing himself professionally. As a result, he attained positions such as lead financial producer, team coordinator, general manager and west coast division manager. These years of finance and real estate experience enabled Mark Anthony to become an expert in his field. Formal education complimented his expertise, as he attended California State University at Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. At these universities, he developed his talent for communication and finance with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate.
 
As Mark Anthony specialized in his field, he recognized that most of the financial brokerage firms he was associating with lacked the ability to offer a complete menu of residential and commercial products. In addition, Mark Anthony noted that most firms did not have qualified loan officers and staff experienced to provide adequate and quality service. With these realizations, it catapulted him into action to offer his clients superior service.
 
The desire to fulfill his true potential sparked Mark Anthony to create his own company. This endeavor would incorporate his passion for finance and real estate with his own personal touch. Therefore, in 2002, the American Alliance Network was founded. The first division of American Alliance Network consisted of American Alliance Realty. This entity provides full service Real Estate with guidance through the purchasing and lending process.
 
Envisioning and planning for business expansion, in 2003, he established American Residential Funding Group. This facet of the company offers a variety of financial products ranging from preferred financial programs to subprime products. His primary goal is to serve the needs of all his customers. Mark Anthony’s vision today is to help his clients fulfill the “American dream, one home at a time.” He believes homeownership is a significant part of life and he takes pride in promoting the opportunity.
 
After continued success in both fields, Mark Anthony ventured into the commercial field. He discovered, in this field, that none of his colleagues had attempted to expand their horizons. Mark Anthony recognized this untapped potential and took the initiative to develop it. As a result, he then founded the American Commercial Funding Group to service his clients with “Big Dreams and Equal Financing.” This component of the American Alliance Network offers a wide range of financial products to satisfy the needs of the investor from all walks of life.
 
Mark Anthony’s versatility empowers him to explore new ideas and activities. Presently, he is forming an alliance with private and institutional investors. In addition, he is involved with the expansion of both national and international projects.
 
He stays inspired by his clients and is motivated to continue the growth trend. Mark Anthony devotes his efforts to build a business enterprise that will offer many opportunities for his esteemed clients, regardless of demographics.

He generously donates to the Make A Wish Foundation, the Los Angeles Mission, the Union Mission of Pasadena and the Sierra Club.
